M.H.R.M - Master of Human Resource Management

Objective
The main objective of this course is to provide a deep knowledge to manage HR organizations. The course of JBSMS offers excellent industrial interaction, placement and projects in the field of HRM.

Moulding and developing the students to good HR professionals is the main aim of JBSMS. The course offer specialization in major areas like Global Human Resource Management (GHRM), employee counseling, HR accounting and auditing, management of unorganized labor, software project management helps the students to become Hr professionals to meet the challenges of today’s globalized enterprises.

Eligibility:

The minimum mark for admission to MHRM courses is a pass in any bachelors degree examination with not less than 50 % of marks in the aggregate ( i.e.. All parts of the examinations) for Arts, Commerce and BBA degrees and 55% marks in the aggregate for all other degree examinations or 50% in the aggregate for Masters Degree examinations.
